About the Position

The CD ensures alignment of our brand and coherence of our offerings across all of our content. This includes but isn’t limited to our animated videos, podcast, reading plans, study notes, blog posts, social media content, and classes.

What You’ll Do

Ensure understanding and accessibility to our products for our customers
Give creative guidance on how we talk about ourselves and tell our story
Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all communication is brand-appropriate and telling one story
Oversee the professional development and output of our copywriters and designers
Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
Supervise our studio’s daily workflow, assist in assigning project workload, and monitor deadlines
Increase the volume of our creative output

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a related field
A master of art and copy
Skills in communicating concepts and vision
Knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing
Ability to organize, direct, and motivate artists
A deep understanding and respect for biblical theology and Christian traditions

About the Position

Beginning: Q4 2020

Reporting to: Jon Collins, Co-Founder

Compensation:

Salary varies depending upon experience
